It was built and is maintained with lots of attention to details, which makes staying there very comfortable and convenient. Villa baGalil is a group of four free-standing houses in Yavne'el near the southern Kinneret, each with its own pool. This year we stayed at the original villa bagalil.
There is plenty to do in the area, but we literally spent 6-8 hours in the pool every day. We drove 20 minutes to Tiveria for dinner, but other than that (and the runs around the yishuv that our son-in-law took), we barely left the property.
The houses are so comfortable and well-appointed. Fully equipped kosher kitchen, games for the kids, Netflix, BBQ grill, volleyball net, hammock, ping pong table, comfortable outdoor seating, extra long dining table, truly everything we needed for a relaxing four-day family vacation.
The owners and English-speaking staff were available for any questions we had.
The yishuv is quiet and the houses are hidden behind privacy fences. Truly a piece of Gan Eden.
We were four adults and two kids but they can accommodate much larger groups. Everyone, from the grandparents to the 3 year-old had an amazing four days in paradise! We cannot wait to go back!!"
